– Site preparation and land reclamation with over 200,000m3 imported sharp filling sand.

– Construction of 3,7km Asphalt Roads, Concrete Drainages and Walkways.

– Construction of a 10,000m2 footprint Community Center.

– Installation of 900m3 Ground Water Storage Tank, 96,000L Overhead Portable Water Tank, 6km of underground HDPE Portable Water Pipe network with up to 250mm diameter pipes.

– 3km of underground schedule 40 Black steel Fire hydrant Pipe network with 24nos Fire hydrant pillars, Diesel/Electric/Jockey Fire Water Pump, etc.

– Installation of 2no each of 300KVA duty & standby diesel-powered generator sets, 134nos Streetlights, Underground cable network for entire site, 7nos Feeder Pillars, 7nos Substations, HT transformers and Panels, 30nos CCTV Cameras etc.
