SAFETY STATEMENT

At LIBRA we are committed to safety above all else, and this commitment is central to everything we do. Our proactive approach creates value for our clients and safeguards our most important asset-our employees.

Our entire team is dedicated to maintaining a safety-focused and environmentally sound business; our safety culture is promoted by each member of our team through planning, implementing and evaluating safety practices on daily basis.

Our safety program is pro-active and action oriented; everyone from management to trades people is involved in making zero incident work place a reality. We use daily pre-task planning sessions, ongoing safety inspections, weekly safety manual reviews and email updates to assist in attaining our goal of zero incidents.

Our Supervisors receive training and classes in Fall Protection, Excavation and Trenching, First Aid, CPR and Confined Space Entry Procedures, Substance Abuse Awareness and Recognition and New Employees are required to complete our New Hire Safety Orientation Program.

Our quality objectives are set in place to ensure that all procurement, construction, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities undertaken on any given project are –Planned and performed to achieve the required quality, within budget and schedule requirements.

Performed in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Performed correctly the first time to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency.

The determination of conformance of work to contract and regulatory requirements are made on the basis of periodic review and audit by our dedicated Quality Assurance team members.

We require full commitment and participation from all employees to achieve its stated quality objectives.

We are committed to quality improvements of our products, process, systems and services to achieve “zero defects”.
